Paul H. Salsgiver
CEO

Paul Salsgiver has been an entrepreneur and executive in the enterprise software business for more than 30 years. He has served on the senior management teams of companies from eMarketing rising star, Rubric, to IT giant, PeopleSoft, where he was one of PeopleSoft’s first employees and helped guide the company through an IPO before assuming the position of General Manager of Latin America. Paul served on Compassoft’s Board of Directors four and a half years before becoming chief executive officer at Compassoft in June 2008.

Prior to becoming CEO of Compassoft, Paul served as the President and CEO of Aspectrics, Inc, an analytical instrument and software solution provider. Prior to Aspectrics, he was the President and CEO for HigherMarkets, the leading eprocurement ASP services vendor in the higher education marketplace, and was previously chief executive officer of Rubric, Inc., the industry leader in eMarketing Automation (eMA) applications, which was acquired by Broadbase Software at the end of 1999.

Previously, Paul was president of the Education and Government Division at PeopleSoft, Inc. (NASDAQ:PSFT). While at PeopleSoft, he is credited with creating the Education and Government (E&G) Division in 1994 and growing it to represent 30 percent of revenue for the company's North American operations in 1998. When Paul left PeopleSoft, the division had revenues in excess of $395 million and a staff of over 1,800 professionals. Paul also served as vice president of business development for two years prior to establishing the E&G division and served as vice president of account management for two years after joining PeopleSoft in 1990. Before his time at PeopleSoft, Paul was an executive at Integral, a provider of human resource and financial software solutions.

Paul also sits on the board of directors at Aspectrics and and is a Trustee for the education foundation at California State University, East Bay. Paul received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.


Jeff Kirkley
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Jeff has over 17 years of hands-on experience in a variety of software and hardware companies, private and public, in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Prior to Compassoft, Jeff was Vice President of Finance and Administration for Striva Corporation, an enterprise software company acquired by Informatica in 2003. Prior to Striva, Jeff held senior financial positions at Chameleon Systems, Inc., Escalade Corporation (acquired by Mentor Graphics), Fusion Medical Systems (IPO, then acquired by Baxter Scientific) and Sunrise Test Systems (acquired by ViewLogic Systems, now Synopsys). Jeff’s broad range of experiences includes fundraising, IPO and merger/acquisitions, implementing financial controls, developing administrative policies, SEC reporting, human resources, intellectual property and treasury management.


Libby Koehn
Founder & Executive VP of Customer Services
As Compassoft's Founder and product visionary Libby Koehn serves as Executive VP Customer Services with responsibility for developing programs to manage the overall customer experience.  Ms. Koehn brings extensive experience in high tech product marketing, product management, enterprise consulting, and project management.  Immediately before Compassoft, she was the Chief Operating Officer / VP Information Technology for Westin Engineering, where she managed the software development and professional services organizations.  While at Westin Ms Koehn designed, developed and implemented decision support applications as well as complex enhancement, extensions and integration projects for enterprise software applications for large public sector organizations.  Prior to this she was VP Operations and Professional Services at TechPlanet.  In this role her responsibilities included day-to-day management and P&L for Operations, Logistics, Professional Services, Technical Support and Sales Departments.   Prior to this Ms. Koehn served at Per-Sé Technologies (formerly Atwork Corporation) where she held responsibility for cross-product architectural planning and product definition, product management, post-sales implementations and customer support.  During her eight years at Per-Sé, Ms Koehn held senior executive level roles including VP Product Architecture, VP Implementation & Conversion and Director of Account Management.  Ms. Koehn earned her B.S. in Liberal Studies and Business from Excelsior College in Albany , NY .


Glenn Miller
Vice President of US Sales and Services
Glenn brings over 25 years of successful management, sales and consulting experience to Compassoft from enterprise software and systems consulting firms.  Prior to Compassoft, Glenn developed the North American sales organizations for Touch Clarity and for Striva Corporation, which was acquired by one of its distributors.  Glenn has held similar national and senior management positions at Informatica, Hyperion, IBM, and Oracle.  Glenn attended Harvard Business School and holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy & Economics form Washington & Lee University.


Mark Plant
Vice President of European Operations
Mark brings to Compassoft a successful sales and management background with extensive experience with high growth organizations in the software industry. As Vice President of European Operations, Mark is leading Compassoft's growth in high-demand European markets, extending its reach with world-class deployment, support, and sales expertise centered in the Thames Valley technology corridor in England. Prior to joining Compassoft, Mark was Vice President EMEA for Wright Line LLC. Previously, Mark held senior sales, marketing and management roles at leading software companies, including IntraLinks and Microsoft.


Kenneth Yagen
Vice President of Engineering
As Vice President of Engineering, Ken oversees product development, quality assurance, and IT operations in Compassoft’s US and offshore offices. With over 11 years of experience in enterprise software development, Ken has co-authored various software patents and developed technical expertise in security policy management, compliance, and enterprise identity and access management. Prior to Compassoft, Ken co-founded Selytix, a company specializing in automating compliant change control for enterprise access controls. Prior to Selytix, he was VP of Development at Polivec, a compliance management company. Ken's experience also includes management roles BEA Systems and CrossLogix (acquired by BEA Systems) and four years as a developer on Wall Street with the investment banks of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (CSFB) and J.P. Morgan. He has also been a key contributor in standardizing web services security as a member of OASIS. Ken is a graduate of University of Virginia, earning his Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering.
